Helpful staff, lost phone found!

Pleasant, clean place with very amiable and respectful staff at the reception desk. Perfect position on major tourist destinations. Also - near Very close to the Kanda train station and the airport. Good meals for breakfast.

The place was clean and bright, it had really helpful stuff at the reception desk. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, with Hana-no-Mai nearby, where we could eat.

the room we had included central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. location: the hotel was short walk to the nearest convenient store, and near to the train stations. being very close to mammaru was nice, we had dinner there.

The soundproofing was great, so no noise from outside while sleeping. Room was cozy with nice cleanliness. Wish the shower tap setup wasn't so complicated, but overall, a solid choice for a quick trip.

The hotel was comfy in general, had amiable staff at the reception desk. Its location in Tokyo was great and unbeatable, near to metro station and Tokyo for 1 night and JR. It also was near convenience stores...

The location is a winner, only a 2-minute walk from Kanda Station! The room was equipped with all essentials, including a hairdryer and iron, fantastic. Plus, the reliable Wi-Fi and the convenience of having a coffee machine in the lobby really added to the comfort of my stay. Clean, cozy, and felt just right!

Room size slightly cramped for two!!! More attention needed on soundproofing!!! Needs a more robust coffee machine!!! It would be nice if free hot drinks were available all day instead of limited hours!!!

I was shocked by the terrible quality of the bedding-not what you would expect from an upscale hotel, undeniabley. The bathroom, oh my, had such an awful odor, the air freshner barely helped. I almost considered giving a better review, but I never got my promised room upgrade! Just absoultely unacceptable.

The laundry facilities worked well, with coin-operated machines offering versatility for different loads. Cleanliness throughout was commendable.

Temperature control left much to be desired. Even in cold weather, the room's heat was overwhelming, leading to uncomfortable nights. The fridge produced an annoying clicking noise, hard to sleep. The laundry dryer was out of order.

Tosei hotel cocone kanda is a fantastic spot, just a 2-minute walk from the centrally located kanda station. The room was super comfortable, equipped with everything from a hairdryer to a bathtub. Plus, the availability of free amenities and skincare products for female guests is a lovely touch!
